All artworks, images, and content produced by Phos. are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Phos. Purchased prints are for personal use only. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, altered, or repurposed in any form, including digital or commercial use, without prior written consent.

Made to Order

All Phos. pieces are made to order. Each artwork is produced specifically for you once an order is placed.

Printing & Framing

All artworks are printed and framed locally in Australia, using museum quality 300gsm smooth cotton rag fine-art paper.

Shipping

We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders. There is no minimum order value required.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on production times and carrier delays. Phos. is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

Final Sale

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our fine art prints, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged Orders

In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and original packaging. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.

Colours & Variations

Please note that colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration, lighting conditions, and printing processes. These variations are inherent to fine art printing and are not considered defects.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phos. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
